- The yellow wire is going to be your fused power which will run directly to your battery. There will need to be a 15 amp fuse in the fuse holder otherwise the no power will pass through to the stereo. If you have a fuse in there check it for continuity the ensure that it's not the cause of the issue. You can also prick into the wire between the fuse and stereo to quickly see if it's sending 12v through the fuse.
